Villa Maria can only be reached from the north via the neighbour’s
driveway – if you don’t want to climb, that is. The house has been
designed for one and its view is captivating: Stockholm’s silhouette,
Djurgården and Lidingö’s southern shore. With square rooms, one
side of each of which consists of airing hatches or terrace doors, the
sense of elevation is always present. Having 123 square metres at
such a height is no small thing.
